BANYUWANGI, Desapenari.id – Heboh, Maling Jadi Produser Film. “Polresta Banyuwangi menggrebek Idrus Efendi, produser kondang film ‘Rindu yang Bertepi’, Minggu kemarin (25/5).”Pria ini tersandung kasus penggelapan dana perusahaan senilai Rp 2,2 miliar saat masih menjabat sebagai konsultan pajak.
Sebelumnya, Ferdy Elfian sebagai Ketua HIPMI Banyuwangi mempercayakan Idrus untuk mengelola keuangan beberapa perusahaannya. Namun, Idrus malah menyalahgunakan kepercayaan tersebut. Menurut kuasa hukum pelapor, Uyun Sadewa, Idrus bahkan memegang token bank perusahaan meski sudah menerima gaji bulanan.
Awalnya, perusahaan tidak curiga sampai audit internal di akhir 2024 menemukan aliran dana mencurigakan. Ternyata, Idrus menggunakan uang perusahaan untuk kepentingan pribadi, termasuk biaya umrah, beli kamera produksi, dan yang paling mengejutkan—mendanai film “Rindu yang Bertepi” yang tayang perdana 15 Desember 2024.
“Kami sempat kasih waktu untuk mengembalikan uangnya, tapi dia tidak serius menyelesaikannya. Akhirnya, kami terpaksa laporkan ke polisi,” tegas Uyun.
Kasatreskrim Polresta Banyuwangi, Kompol Komang Yogi Arya Wiguna, membeberkan bahwa Idrus melakukan penarikan dana berulang dari rekening perusahaan lewat token bank. Selama dua tahun, dia rutin menarik uang dengan nominal Rp 15-20 juta per transaksi hingga total kerugian mencapai Rp 2,2 miliar.
“Dana hasil penggelapan dipakai untuk produksi film dan kebutuhan pribadi tersangka,” jelas Komang.
Polisi mengonfirmasi bahwa sebagian uang hasil korupsi dipakai untuk membiayai film “Rindu yang Bertepi”. Selain itu, tersangka juga membeli peralatan produksi seperti kamera. Saat ini, penyidik masih mendalami apakah ada pihak lain yang terlibat.
Kepolisian menjerat Idrus sebagai tersangka dengan dua pasal sekaligus: Pasal 374 KUHP (penggelapan dalam jabatan) dan Pasal 372 KUHP (penggelapan) yang mengancamnya hukuman lima tahun penjara.
Penangkapan Idrus memicu pertanyaan publik: Akankah “Rindu yang Bertepi” ditarik dari bioskop? Sementara korban menuntut pengembalian dana mereka.
Polisi memastikan penyidikan masih berjalan. Jika terbukti bersalah, Idrus tak hanya kehilangan karier sebagai produser, tapi juga harus menghadapi konsekuensi hukum yang berat.
