desapenari.id – Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) Rini Widyantini mengatakan, transformasi digital pemerintahan dan tata kelola data pembangunan menjadi hal penting dalam keberhasilan program prioritas Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto.
Program-program prioritas presiden, mulai dari Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG), Cek Kesehatan Gratis, Sekolah Rakyat, Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KDMP), hingga Perumahan Rakyat merupakan wujud nyata kehadiran negara.
“Untuk memastikan semua ini berhasil, diperlukan tata kelola yang rapi, manajemen program yang disiplin, serta pengendalian pelaksanaan yang konsisten yang tentunya didukung oleh transformasi digital pemerintah dan data pembangunan,” kata Rini dalam siaran persnya, Kamis (21/8/2025).
Dia mengatakan itu dalam Rapat Dewan Pengarah Satu Data Indonesia (SDI), di Kantor Kementerian PPN/Bappenas, Rabu (20/8/2025).
Dengan pengelolaan yang baik, kata Rini, program prioritas presiden dapat benar-benar terwujud dengan hasil yang dirasakan langsung rakyat.
“Karena keberhasilan program tidak hanya diukur dari laporan, tetapi dari senyum rakyat yang merasakan dampaknya,” ujarnya.
Rini menyampaikan, keterpaduan tersebut harus didukung Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) berupa identitas digital, pertukaran data, dan pembayaran digital yang dijaga selaras dengan prinsip perlindungan data pribadi dan keamanan siber.
Adapun Kementerian PANRB sebagai koordinator Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) pengembangan layanan digital pemerintah terpadu menekankan pentingnya interoperabilitas data untuk mempercepat pencapaian target Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Nasional (RPJPN).
Kementerian PANRB juga menekankan pentingnya data untuk memperkuat fondasi pemerintahan digital yang berdampak langsung bagi rakyat.
DPI merupakan fondasi yang memungkinkan keterpaduan tersebut berjalan efektif.
Pasalnya, Identitas digital, pertukaran data, dan pembayaran digital bukan hanya instrumen teknis, melainkan jembatan yang memastikan layanan publik hadir lebih cepat, lebih adil, dan lebih terpercaya.
Rini menyebutkan, pemanfaatan DPI menjadi kunci, memastikan pertukaran data dan layanan publik berjalan mudah, aman, dan terukur.
“Keamanan siber dan perlindungan data pribadi harus kita terapkan sejak awal, tepat guna, dan proporsional agar keterpaduan bisa diwujudkan dan kepercayaan publik tetap terjaga,” ucapnya.
Dia juga memberikan dukungan penuh terhadap penguatan interoperabilitas data dan pemanfaatan DPI.
Selain itu, dukungan juga diberikan dalam pemanfaatan Data Tunggal Sosial dan Ekonomi Nasional (DTSEN) melalui Pedoman Berbagi Pakai Data dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Penghubung Layanan Pemerintah (SPLP).
