LAMPUNG, Desapenari.id – Dekan FEB Unila Nairobi menegaskan, “Kami belum menemukan bukti kuat bahwa kekerasan dalam diksar Mahepel menyebabkan kematian Pratama Wijaya Kusuma.”
Saat ini, Dekanat FEB Unila hanya mengetahui bahwa Pratama meninggal dunia setelah menjalani operasi pada 28 April 2025 dengan indikasi tumor otak. “Kami belum menerima laporan resmi yang menyatakan kematiannya terkait diksar,” tegas Nairobi saat diwawancarai di ruang kerjanya, Senin (2/6/2025).
Nairobi menjelaskan bahwa pihak dekanat segera mengirimkan Wakil Dekan (Wadek) untuk menjenguk keluarga almarhum. “Saat itu, orang tua Pratama menyatakan tidak ingin menuntut,” ungkapnya. Karena pernyataan tersebut, Dekanat pun menganggap tidak ada kaitan antara diksar dan kematian Pratama.
“Kami berpikir tidak ada masalah serius di sini. Namun, kami tetap menunggu jika ada laporan lebih lanjut,” tambah Nairobi.
Nairobi membenarkan laporan tersebut. “Kami langsung menggelar sidang internal untuk menindaklanjuti laporan ini,” jelasnya.
Hasil sidang membuktikan bahwa kekerasan terhadap Fariz benar terjadi. “Mereka juga harus bersihkan embung Unila dan minta maaf resmi ke keluarga Fariz,” tegas Nairobi.
Sebelumnya, media memberitakan bahwa Pratama Wijaya Kusuma—mahasiswa jurusan Bisnis Digital FEB Unila angkatan 2024—meninggal pada 28 April 2025.
Namun, hingga saat ini, pihak kampus belum menemukan bukti yang menguatkan dugaan tersebut. “Kami tetap terbuka jika ada informasi baru.
Dekan FEB Unila menegaskan bahwa pihaknya tidak akan mentolerir praktik kekerasan dalam kegiatan organisasi mana pun. “Kami sudah memberikan sanksi tegas kepada Mahepel. Jika masih ada pelanggaran, kami tidak segan membekukan organisasinya,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, keluarga Pratama memilih untuk tidak memperpanjang kasus ini. “Mereka lebih memilih berdamai dan fokus pada proses hukum alamiah,” ujar Nairobi. Meski begitu, pihak kampus tetap memantau perkembangan kasus ini untuk memastikan tidak ada mahasiswa lain yang menjadi korban.
Di sisi lain, mahasiswa FEB Unila berharap ada transparansi lebih besar dari pihak kampus.

Hingga saat ini, kematian Pratama Wijaya Kusuma masih menjadi misteri. Namun, kasus kekerasan terhadap Fariz membuktikan bahwa praktik perploncoan masih terjadi.
“Kami berkomitmen menciptakan lingkungan kampus yang aman dan nyaman bagi semua mahasiswa,” tutup Nairobi.
