- 10 buah cabe hijau keriting
- 7 butir bawang merah
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 1 cm jahe
Cara Memasak:
- Didihkan air dalam panci secukupnya, lalu masukkan cumi asin ke dalamnya. Masak cumi hingga empuk dan matang, lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak sayur dalam wajan, lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga matang dan harum.
- Masukkan daun jeruk, serai, lengkuas, kecombrang, serta tomat hijau ke dalam tumisan. Aduk hingga layu dan harum.
- Masukkan cumi yang sudah direbus, lalu tambahkan kaldu bubuk, merica, garam, dan gula pasir. Aduk rata dan masak hingga bumbu meresap.
- Angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat bersama nasi putih.
