JAKARTA, desapenari.com – Komisi II DPR RI mengingatkan Presiden Prabowo Subianto untuk memperhatikan aspek kesejarahan dan sosiologis dalam menyelesaikan masalah penetapan 4 pulau antara Aceh dan Sumatera Utara (Sumut).
Ketua Komisi II DPR RI, Rifqinizamy Karsayuda, menyampaikan hal itu saat merespons rencana Prabowo turun langsung menyelesaikan sengketa penetapan 4 pulau tersebut.
“Kami hanya mengingatkan bahwa hal ini bukan hanya terkait dengan administratif, tetapi juga terkait dengan kesejarahan dan sosiologis,” ujar Rifqinizamy, Minggu (15/6/2025).
Rifqinizamy ingatkan pemerintah agar hati-hati selesaikan sengketa empat pulau: Lipan, Panjang, Mangkir Besar, dan Mangkir Kecil.
Sebab, perseteruan soal penempatan wilayah administrasi keempat pulau tersebut bisa menimbulkan perpecahan di antara masyarakat.
“Jika tidak hati-hati dalam menetapkan empat pulau ini, ini bisa berpotensi mengancam disintegrasi bangsa,” jelas Rifqinizamy.

Politikus Nasdem itu pun menyinggung ketegangan hubungan antara pemerintah Indonesia dengan masyarakat Aceh yang pernah terjadi di masa lalu.
Dia menegaskan, ketegangan yang sudah reda jangan kembali muncul akibat kesalahan administrasi pulau.
“Kita sangat ingat bagaimana relasi antara Jakarta dengan Aceh. Karena itu, jangan sampai masalah sengketa empat pulau yang selama ini secara kesejarahan berada di Aceh,

kemudian hari ini secara administratif berpindah ke Sumatera Utara, itu melukai masyarakat Aceh dan menjadi pemicu, dalam tanda kutip, hubungan antara Jakarta dan Aceh,” tutur Rifqinizamy.
Oleh karena itu, Rifqinizamy berharap Prabowo benar-benar mengedepankan kepentingan persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa dalam menangani persoalan ini.
“Kami meyakini kebijaksanaan dan pengalaman panjang Pak Prabowo untuk menjaga kesatuan NKRI akan beliau kedepankan dalam konteks optik penyelesaian masalah sengketa empat pulau antara Aceh dan Sumatera Utara ini,” pungkasnya.
Kepmendagri No. 300.2.2-2138/2025 (25 April 2025) menetapkan empat pulau klaim Aceh sebagai bagian dari Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, Sumut.
Keempat pulau tersebut adalah Pulau Lipan, Pulau Panjang, Pulau Mangkir Besar, dan Pulau Mangkir Kecil.
Kedua daerah merespons keputusan ini secara berbeda, mengingat konflik perebutan wilayah telah berlangsung puluhan tahun.
