JAKARTA, desapenari.id – Anggota Komisi XI DPR, Bertu Merlas, memperingatkan bahwa serangan Amerika Serikat (AS) ke Iran bakal memicu kenaikan harga minyak dunia secara drastis. Ia mendesak pemerintah segera mengambil langkah antisipasi, mengingat harga minyak mentah sudah mendekati 80 dolar AS per barel.
“Kenaikan harga minyak pasti akan membebani APBN, terutama subsidi BBM. Pemerintah harus bergerak cepat agar konflik Timur Tengah tidak memperlambat pertumbuhan ekonomi kita yang sudah melemah,” tegas Bertu dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Senin (23/6/2025).
Subsidi BBM Bisa Membengkak, APBN Terancam
Bertu menjelaskan, pemerintah sebelumnya mengalokasikan Rp 26,7 triliun untuk subsidi bahan bakar minyak (BBM). Namun, dengan harga minyak yang melonjak, anggaran ini bisa membengkak dan mengganggu postur keuangan negara.

“Perang ini akan berdampak global, termasuk Indonesia. Pemerintah harus sigap mengantisipasi beban tambahan pada APBN,” ujarnya.
Ancaman Penutupan Selat Hormuz: Krisis Energi Global Bisa Semakin Parah
Selain kenaikan harga minyak, Bertu mengingatkan risiko lain: Iran bisa menutup Selat Hormuz, jalur vital perdagangan minyak Timur Tengah. Jika ini terjadi, pasokan energi dunia bakal terganggu, memicu gejolak ekonomi yang lebih besar.
“Selat Hormuz adalah jalur utama ekspor minyak negara-negara seperti Arab Saudi, Uni Emirat Arab, dan Kuwait. Penutupan akan menyebabkan kekacauan ekonomi luar biasa,” jelasnya.
Bertu mendesak pemerintah segera berkoordinasi untuk menyusun langkah mitigasi dampak konflik AS-Iran-Israel. Ia juga meminta perlindungan bagi masyarakat, terutama pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM), yang paling rentan terdampak.
“Pemerintah harus bergerak cepat melindungi rakyat. Berikan pelatihan bagi UMKM agar mereka bisa bertahan di situasi krisis seperti ini,” tegasnya.
Eskalasi ketegangan AS-Iran-Israel memanas setelah AS melancarkan serangan udara ke target militer Iran. Presiden AS Donald Trump mengklaim pasukannya telah menghancurkan tiga fasilitas nuklir utama Iran, yaitu Isfahan, Natanz, dan Fordow.

“Kita tidak bisa hanya diam. Langkah cepat dan tepat diperlukan agar Indonesia tidak terjebak dalam krisis,” pungkas Bertu.
