Cara Memasak:
- Diamkan daging di suhu ruang hingga tidak beku.
- Campur semua bahan bumbu hingga rata lalu rendam daging selama 30 menit.
- Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay hingga layu dan harum.
- Masukkan daging berbumbu, aduk hingga berubah warna dan kuah menyusut.
- Tumis bawang putih dan bombay untuk sayuran.
- Tambahkan sawi, wortel, dan daun bawang. Aduk hingga layu lalu bumbui.
- Sajikan beef teriyaki bersama tumis sayur dan nasi hangat.
