BANDUNG, Desapenari.id – Sebuah aksi penyelamatan dramatis baru saja terjadi di ujung timur Indonesia. Gubernur Jawa Barat, Dedi Mulyadi, akhirnya tancap gas menyelamatkan belasan putri daerahnya yang diduga kuat menjadi korban tindak pidana perdagangan orang atau TPPO. Mereka terperangkap di sebuah pub di Kabupaten Sikka, Nusa Tenggara Timur, jauh dari rumah dan keluarga.
Awalnya, para perempuan ini hanya tergiur bujuk manis. Mereka diiming-imingi pekerjaan dengan gaji selangit. Namun, begitu tiba di lokasi, mimpi indah itu berubah jadi mimpi buruk. Mereka ternyata dipekerjakan di sebuah pub dan terjerat hutang yang tidak jelas juntrungannya.
Sang Gubernur tidak tinggal diam. Dedi Mulyadi mengaku sudah menjalin komunikasi intens dengan Suster Ika, sosok kemanusiaan yang menjadi ujung tombak penyelamatan para korban di Sikka. Lebih dari sekadar mendapat laporan, Dedi bahkan sempat berbicara langsung dari hati ke hati dengan para korban untuk memastikan kondisi mereka.
“Ada 13 perempuan asal Jawa Barat dan satu orang asal Jakarta yang hari ini kita selamatkan. Alhamdulillah, mereka dalam keadaan baik,” ujar Dedi dengan nada lega, Selasa (17/2/2026). Suaranya membawa angin segar di tengah kabar kelam yang sebelumnya beredar.
Lantas, bagaimana modus penjebakannya? Dedi menjelaskan, para korban ini jatuh ke lubang yang sama. Mereka tergoda rayuan para pelaku yang menjanjikan pekerjaan nyaman dengan amplop gaji mencapai belasan juta rupiah per bulan. Tawaran itu sulit ditolak, apalagi di tengah himpitan ekonomi.
Kini, setelah proses penyelamatan berhasil, kepastian mulai menghampiri. Para korban dipastikan dalam kondisi sehat dan aman. Lebih membahagiakannya lagi, Dedi memastikan mereka akan segera dikembalikan ke pelukan keluarga masing-masing paling lambat pekan ini. Kebahagiaan pasti segera tiba.
Namun, pemulangan fisik saja tidak cukup. Dedi Mulyadi menegaskan bahwa keadilan harus ditegakkan. Pemprov Jabar tidak akan tinggal diam. Mereka mendorong aparat penegak hukum untuk mengusut tuntas kasus ini hingga ke akar-akarnya.
“Kasus hukumnya harus terus berproses. Jangan sampai ada yang menghambat. Kami ingin semua pihak yang diduga terlibat dalam perdagangan orang ini segera dinaikkan statusnya menjadi tersangka. Setelah itu, lakukan penahanan secepatnya,” tegas Dedi dengan nada tinggi. Pesannya jelas, tidak ada ampun bagi para pedagang manusia.
Kisah pilu para korban mulai terkuak. Gabriel Goa, Tenaga Ahli Kementerian HAM bidang Human Trafficking, membeberkan detail mengerikan yang menimpa mereka. Para perempuan ini bukan sekadar bekerja, mereka dieksploitasi secara keji.
“Dijanjikan pekerjaan dengan upah 8 sampai 10 juta,” ujar Dedi menirukan janji manis para pelaku. “Tapi kenyataannya? Mereka di sana justru menjadi korban pelecehan seksual, dipaksa kerja, digaji sangat rendah, bahkan didenda jika menolak perintah tidak masuk akal dari pengelola pub,” tambahnya. Realitanya sungguh pahit.
Data di lapangan semakin memilukan. TRUK-F (Tim Relawan Untuk Kemanusiaan Flores) yang pertama kali menampung mereka, mencatat kekerasan fisik dan psikis terjadi setiap hari. Para korban dijambaki, diludahi, ditampar, diseret, dicekik, hingga dilecehkan secara seksual. Mereka dipaksa tetap melayani pengunjung meski dalam kondisi sakit sekalipun. Di antara belasan korban itu, ada yang masih berusia anak-anak dan ada yang sudah mulai bekerja di pub terkutuk itu sejak usia 15 tahun. Tragis.
“Menurut penuturan korban, mereka diiming-imingi gaji fantastis, mess gratis, pakaian, dan fasilitas kecantikan,” kata Gabriel Goa. “Namun faktanya, yang mereka terima hanya penipuan, ketidakadilan, dan eksploitasi. Mereka dijadikan mesin uang tanpa hak,” lanjutnya.
Peristiwa ini seharusnya membuka mata kita semua. Di balik gemerlapnya dunia malam, ada perempuan-perempuan yang diperas keringat dan air matanya. Mereka berasal dari Bandung, Cianjur, Karawang, dan Purwakarta, kini terdampar di Pub Eltras, Maumere, jauh dari sanak saudara.
Oleh karena itu, Dedi Mulyadi menyempatkan diri untuk mengingatkan warganya. Jangan mudah tergoda oleh bujuk rayu pekerjaan dengan gaji besar di luar nalar. Ia meminta warga untuk selalu waspada dan melakukan cek receh (riset kecil-kecilan) sebelum memutuskan merantau.
“Jangan mudah tergiur, apalagi sampai nekat berangkat tanpa informasi yang jelas,” pesan Dedi. Ia ingin kasus ini menjadi pelajaran berharga agar tidak ada lagi keluarga Jawa Barat yang kehilangan anaknya karena ulah para sindikat TPPO.
Kini, setelah 13 korban dinyatakan selamat, perhatian publik beralih pada proses hukum. Apakah para pelaku akan segera dijebloskan ke sel? Masyaranti pun menanti dengan harap-harap cemas. Keadilan bagi para korban tidak boleh berhenti sampai di pemulangan saja, tetapi harus berlanjut hingga ke meja hijau. Kita semua berharap proses ini berjalan lancar tanpa hambatan, agar para korban bisa benar-benar pulih dan pelaku mendapat hukuman setimpal.
