JAKARTA, desapenari.id – 9 Remaja OTW Tawuran Diamankan Polisi. Polisi mengamankan sembilan remaja yang terlihat konvoi membawa senjata tajam di Jalan Letjen Suprapto, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (15/5/2025).
Para remaja itu diketahui berinisial A (16), D (21), Y (16), R (17), S (18), A (19), G (18), AS (17), dan MA (17). Kapolres Jakarta Pusat, Kombes Pol Susatyo Purnomo Condro, menegaskan bahwa polisi langsung bertindak cepat setelah dapat laporan warga. “Mereka membawa celurit dan terlihat siap untuk berkelahi,” jelasnya dalam keterangan resmi, Jumat (16/5/2025).
Selain menahan 9 remaja otw tawuran, petugas juga menyita barang bukti, termasuk tiga celurit, empat unit sepeda motor, dan enam ponsel. “Kami yakin mereka memakai ponsel untuk mengatur rencana tawuran,” tegas Susatyo. Dia juga mengingatkan bahwa tawuran bisa berakibat fatal. “Ini bukan main-main, nyawa taruhannya,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Kasat Samapta Polres Jakarta Pusat, Kompol William Alexander, menyatakan bahwa pihaknya akan panggil sekolah dan orang tua para remaja. “Kami ingin ada pembinaan serius agar kejadian seperti ini tidak terulang,” ujarnya. William menekankan pentingnya peran keluarga dalam mengawasi anak-anak mereka.
Susatyo pun berpesan agar orang tua lebih memperhatikan aktivitas anak-anaknya. “Jangan sampai anak-anak kita jadi korban tawuran. Arahkan mereka ke kegiatan yang positif demi masa depan,” imbaunya.
“Hukumannya bisa sampai 10 tahun penjara,” pungkas Susatyo.
Dengan penanganan cepat ini, polisi optimistis bisa menekan aksi tawuran remaja. William menambahkan dengan tegas, “Kami tak akan berhenti melakukan patroli intensif sekaligus mengajak masyarakat bekerja sama memutus mata rantai kekerasan di jalanan.”
