BANGKA, Desapenari.id – Warga Desa Air Duren, Pemali, Bangka, Belitung, mendadak gempar! Pasalnya, sebuah rumah yang tampak biasa saja ternyata menyimpan praktik kejahatan yang meresahkan masyarakat. Betapa tidak, polisi berhasil menggerebek lokasi pengoplosan tabung gas elpiji subsidi 3 kilogram ke tabung berukuran 12 kilogram di belakang rumah milik seorang pria berinisial AS pada Sabtu (4/7/2026) sekitar pukul 10.00 WIB. Aksi nekat ini langsung dibongkar aparat kepolisian demi menghentikan praktik yang sangat merugikan rakyat banyak sekaligus mencegah kelangkaan gas subsidi di tengah masyarakat yang semakin mengkhawatirkan.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Bangka, AKP Mauldi Waspadani, bersama Kanit Tipidter Ipda Rika Otorida, dengan tegas mengonfirmasi bahwa timnya berhasil menemukan aktivitas mencurigakan tersebut. Saat penggerebekan berlangsung, aparat mendapati sebuah ruangan di belakang rumah yang telah disulap menjadi tempat pemindahan isi gas secara ilegal. Menurut pengakuan Mauldi, lokasi tersebut sangat rapi dan sengaja disembunyikan dari pandangan umum agar tidak menimbulkan kecurigaan warga sekitar.
“Kami bergerak cepat setelah menerima banyak keluhan dari masyarakat tentang sulitnya mendapatkan gas subsidi,” ujar Mauldi kepada para awak media pada Senin (6/7/2026).
Dari hasil penggerebekan itu, polisi berhasil mengamankan tiga orang terduga pelaku. Mereka adalah AS yang berperan sebagai pemilik rumah sekaligus otak di balik praktik pengoplosan ini, serta dua orang pekerja yang bertugas memindahkan gas, yakni Hen dan Doy. Ketiganya kini harus mendekam di sel tahanan Mapolres Bangka untuk menjalani proses pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
Gudang Gas Ilegal: Puluhan Tabung dan Uang Tunai Disita!
Saat melakukan penggeledahan, polisi menyita berbagai barang bukti yang cukup mencengangkan. Tidak tanggung-tanggung, petugas menemukan 151 tabung elpiji subsidi 3 kilogram dalam keadaan kosong. Jumlah tersebut menunjukkan bahwa praktik ini sudah berlangsung cukup lama dan dalam skala yang terbilang besar untuk ukuran operasi rumahan.
Selain itu, polisi juga mengamankan 20 tabung elpiji 12 kilogram yang sudah berisi dan tersegel rapi, siap diedarkan ke pasaran. Tak ketinggalan, 32 tabung elpiji 12 kilogram kosong ikut disita sebagai barang bukti. Ratusan segel tabung palsu, peralatan pengoplosan seperti selang dan regulator, serta satu unit mobil Toyota Avanza yang diduga digunakan untuk mengangkut barang juga turut diamankan.
Yang paling menarik, polisi menemukan uang tunai sebesar Rp 720.000 yang diduga merupakan hasil penjualan gas oplosan dalam beberapa jam terakhir. “Seluruh terduga pelaku beserta barang bukti telah kami bawa ke Mapolres untuk menjalani proses penyidikan lebih lanjut,” tegas Mauldi dengan nada serius.
Modus Licik: Beli Murah, Jual Mahal, Untung Berlipat!
Ungkap kasus ini sebenarnya berawal dari keluhan warga yang semakin resah karena kelangkaan gas subsidi 3 kilogram di pasaran. Banyak ibu rumah tangga dan pelaku usaha kecil mengeluh sulit mendapatkan gas dengan harga resmi. Mendengar hal itu, polisi langsung bergerak melakukan penyelidikan intensif hingga akhirnya mengarah ke rumah AS di Desa Air Duren yang ternyata menjadi sarang pengoplosan.
Setelah ditelusuri, modus operandi yang dijalankan para pelaku ternyata sangat sederhana namun menggiurkan. Mereka membeli gas subsidi 3 kilogram dari berbagai sumber dengan harga hanya Rp 20.000 per tabung. Kemudian, gas dari empat tabung subsidi tersebut dipindahkan ke satu tabung 12 kilogram. Dengan modal Rp 80.000 (dari 4 tabung subsidi), para pelaku mampu menjual tabung 12 kilogram oplosan dengan harga Rp 180.000 per tabung!
Bayangkan, dari satu kali pengoplosan saja, mereka meraup keuntungan kotor Rp 100.000 per tabung! Jumlah yang sangat fantastis untuk sebuah praktik ilegal yang merugikan negara dan rakyat banyak. Jika dihitung dari barang bukti yang ditemukan, kerugian negara akibat penyalahgunaan subsidi ini diperkirakan mencapai puluhan juta rupiah.
Ancaman Hukuman Berat Menanti!
Saat ini, jajaran Satreskrim Polres Bangka masih terus melakukan pengembangan untuk mengungkap kemungkinan adanya jaringan yang lebih luas. Polisi tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa pelaku memiliki koneksi dengan pengepul atau bahkan oknum tertentu yang memudahkan mereka mendapatkan pasokan gas subsidi dalam jumlah besar.
“Kami masih mendalami kemungkinan adanya pihak lain yang terlibat dalam praktik kejahatan ini. Termasuk dari mana mereka mendapatkan pasokan gas subsidi sebanyak itu,” ungkap salah satu petugas yang enggan disebutkan namanya.
Para pelaku kini dijerat dengan Pasal 55 Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja. Mereka terancam hukuman penjara maksimal 6 tahun dan denda hingga Rp 60 miliar! Ancaman hukuman yang sangat berat mengingat dampak pengoplosan ini sangat merugikan masyarakat banyak dan negara.
