JAKARTA, Desapenari.id – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) kembali menggebrak kasus korupsi besar-besaran! Kali ini, Direktur Utama PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (Sritex), Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto (IKL), harus menghadapi pemeriksaan intensif sebagai saksi dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pemberian kredit yang merugikan negara hingga Rp 3,58 triliun per Oktober 2024. “Harli Siregar, Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejagung, menegaskan bahwa penyidik memeriksa IKL selaku Direktur Utama tiga perusahaan anak Sritex – PT Sinar Pantja Djaja, PT Biratex Industri, dan PT Primayuda Mandiri Jaya.” Penyidik saat ini fokus melacak apakah ada aliran kredit dari bank daerah maupun bank pemerintah yang masuk ke ketiga perusahaan tersebut.
Tak hanya IKL, enam orang lain juga turut diperiksa, di antaranya:

- AH (Direktur PT Perusahaan Dagang)
“Penyidik Kejagung memaksa ketujuh saksi membongkar modus korupsi dalam aliran kredit dari Bank BJB, Bank DKI, dan Bank Jateng ke Sritex beserta seluruh anak perusahaannya.”
Kejagung telah menetapkan tiga tersangka dalam kasus ini. Salah satunya adalah Iwan Setiawan Lukminto, Komisaris Utama Sritex. Selain itu, dua pihak perbankan juga terlibat, meski identitasnya belum dibeberkan secara rinci.
