JAKARTA, Desapenari.id – Kadispenad: Perintah KSAD untuk Dukung Pengamanan Kejaksaan. Kepala Dinas Penerangan TNI AD (Kadispenad), Brigjen TNI Wahyu Yudhayana, menyampaikan perintah Kepala Staf TNI Angkatan Darat (KSAD), Jenderal TNI Maruli Simanjuntak, agar jajaran TNI AD mendukung pengamanan kejaksaan. Perintah tersebut tertuang dalam Surat Telegram Nomor ST/1192/2025 tertanggal 6 Mei 2025, yang memerintahkan seluruh satuan TNI AD untuk membantu pengamanan kejaksaan tinggi dan kejaksaan negeri di seluruh Indonesia.

Selanjutnya, dalam surat tersebut, KSAD meminta setiap jajaran menyiapkan satu peleton atau sekitar 30 personel untuk pengamanan di tingkat Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) dan satu regu atau 10 personel di tingkat Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari). Brigjen Wahyu menegaskan, “Surat ini kami tujukan kepada Panglima Komando Daerah Militer (Pangdam) untuk mendukung kerja sama pengamanan di lingkungan kejaksaan.”
Lebih lanjut, Brigjen Wahyu menjelaskan bahwa kerja sama ini sejalan dengan keberadaan struktur Jampidmil (Jaksa Agung Muda Pidana Militer) di kejaksaan. “Ke depan, kita akan melaksanakan kerja sama pengamanan secara institusi karena adanya struktur Jampidmil di kejaksaan,” ujarnya di Jakarta, Minggu (11/5/2025), seperti dikutip Antara.
Ia menekankan bahwa kehadiran personel TNI di kejaksaan mendukung struktur yang telah tertata secara hierarkis. TNI AD menyiapkan jumlah personel sesuai ketentuan normatif, namun mereka akan menyesuaikan pelaksanaannya berdasarkan kebutuhan. Brigjen Wahyu menambahkan, “Kami membagi personel secara teknis dalam kelompok kecil beranggotakan dua hingga tiga orang, menyesuaikan situasi.”
Brigjen Wahyu mengungkapkan bahwa kegiatan pengamanan seperti ini TNI AD telah laksanakan sebelumnya dalam kerja sama antarsatuan.
Di sisi lain, TNI AD selalu berkomitmen untuk bekerja secara profesional dan proporsional. Setiap langkah yang diambil harus sesuai dengan aturan hukum yang berlaku. Dengan demikian, dukungan ini tidak hanya memperkuat keamanan kejaksaan tetapi juga menunjukkan kedisiplinan TNI AD dalam menjalankan tugas.
Kerja sama ini akan mempererat koordinasi TNI AD dengan kejaksaan, terutama untuk menangani kasus pidana militer. Personel TNI akan menciptakan rasa aman sekaligus menjamin kelancaran proses hukum.
TNI AD telah menyebarkan surat telegram ini ke seluruh jajarannya untuk segera melaksanakan perintah tersebut. Seluruh satuan harus mempersiapkan personel mereka sesuai petunjuk yang diberikan.
Di akhir penjelasannya, Brigjen Wahyu kembali menegaskan bahwa TNI AD siap mendukung penuh pengamanan kejaksaan. “Kami akan selalu berpedoman pada hukum dan bertindak sesuai prosedur,” tegasnya.
