Kasus Pelecehan Seksual oleh Penyelenggara Pemilu Masih Marak, DKPP Terima Aduan Rutin

Kasus Pelecehan Seksual oleh Penyelenggara Pemilu

JAKARTA, Desapenari.id – Kasus Pelecehan Seksual oleh Penyelenggara Pemilu. Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP) terus menerima laporan pelecehan seksual yang dilakukan oknum penyelenggara pemilu setiap tahunnya. Data terakhir menunjukkan tren kasus ini tidak pernah benar-benar hilang dari tahun ke tahun.

Fakta Mengejutkan dari Laporan DKPP

Anggota DKPP Ratna Dewi Pettalolo mengungkapkan:

  • Setiap tahun selalu ada laporan pelecehan seksual
  • 12 kasus sudah diputus selama 2022-2024
  • 100% korban berjenis kelamin perempuan
  • 100% pelaku berjenis kelamin laki-laki

“Modus utama yang kami temukan adalah penyalahgunaan relasi kuasa antara atasan dan bawahan,” tegas Ratna dalam konferensi pers di Kantor DKPP, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (6/5/2025).

Bentuk-Bentuk Pelecehan yang Terjadi

DKPP mencatat beberapa pola pelecehan yang kerap terjadi:

  1. Pemaksaan hubungan intim dengan iming-iming jabatan
  2. Perkawinan siri sebagai bentuk penyalahgunaan wewenang
  3. Komentar dan sentuhan tidak senonoh di lingkungan kerja

“Untuk kasus perkawinan siri saja, kami sudah memeriksa beberapa perkara. Tidak ada satupun yang hanya mendapat sanksi ringan berupa peringatan,” tambah Ratna.

Upaya Penanganan dan Pencegahan

DKPP telah mengambil langkah tegas dengan:

  • Memberikan sanksi berat kepada pelaku
  • Merekomendasikan perbaikan sistem seleksi
  • Menjadikan putusan sebagai referensi akademis

“Putusan DKPP seharusnya bisa dimanfaatkan untuk memperbaiki regulasi dan menyusun sistem seleksi yang lebih ketat,” ujar Ratna.

Tantangan dan Harapan Ke Depan

Meski sudah ada upaya penindakan, tantangan utama masih terletak pada:

  • Sistem pelaporan yang belum optimal
  • Kultur kerja yang masih patriarkis

DKPP berharap kasus-kasus ini bisa diminimalisir dengan:

  • Penyempurnaan regulasi
  • Peningkatan kapasitas SDM
  • Penguatan sistem pengawasan

Pesan untuk Korban dan Masyarakat

Ratna menegaskan pentingnya:

  • Dokumentasi bukti yang memadai
  • Dukungan psikologis bagi korban

“Kami berkomitmen memberikan perlindungan maksimal bagi pelapor,” pungkas Ratna.

Pelecehan seksual di lingkungan penyelenggara pemilu masih menjadi masalah serius yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus. Pertama-tama, perlu dipahami bahwa kasus-kasus ini terjadi secara berulang setiap tahunnya tanpa pernah benar-benar tuntas. Selain itu, pola yang muncul selalu menunjukkan penyalahgunaan relasi kuasa antara atasan dan bawahan.

Di sisi lain, upaya penanganan yang dilakukan DKPP patut diapresiasi. Misalnya, dengan memberikan sanksi berat kepada pelaku dan merekomendasikan perbaikan sistem seleksi. Namun demikian, langkah-langkah ini belum sepenuhnya mampu mencegah terulangnya kasus serupa di kemudian hari.

Tak hanya itu, kultur kerja yang masih patriarkis turut memperparah situasi. Akibatnya, banyak korban yang enggan melapor karena takut mendapat intimidasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perubahan sistemik yang menyeluruh untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman.

Sementara itu, masyarakat juga perlu berperan aktif dalam mengawasi penyelenggaraan pemilu. Pada akhirnya, semua pihak harus bersinergi untuk memutus mata rantai pelecehan seksual di dunia politik ini.

Singkatnya, meski tantangan masih besar, komitmen bersama dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan dapat menjadi kunci perubahan. Terutama dalam menciptakan sistem penyelenggaraan pemilu yang lebih berintegritas dan bebas dari pelecehan seksual.
