Desapenari.id – Sejumlah pengguna setia Transjakarta (TJ) secara terang-terangan menolak rencana pemindahan dua halte utama di Jalan Yos Sudarso, Jakarta Utara. Alasan penolakan ini sangat jelas: mereka menilai posisi kedua halte saat ini sudah sangat tepat dan super strategis. Sebagai bukti, seorang pengguna bernama Sasa (42) dengan tegas menyuarakan ketidaksetujuannya saat ditemui pada Kamis (30/10/2025). “Ini sih udah cukup dan saya kurang setuju kalau dipindahin,” protes Sasa, mewakili suara banyak penumpang lain yang merasa resah. Rencananya, Halte Transjakarta yang berlokasi di depan Kantor Wali Kota Jakarta Utara akan digeser sedikit ke arah Polres Metro Jakarta Utara. Namun, Sasa justru berargumen bahwa area tersebut sudah terlanjur padat dan rawan macet. “Kalau di kolong tol enggak khawatir sih, cuma kalau pemindahannya Halte Wali Kota ini mau dipindah ke mana lagi? Sedangkan di depannya sudah ada Halte Koja. Jadi sebenarnya mau dihilangin aja gitu? Kalau di kolong tol kan semakin macet lagi, depannya aja lampu merah,” ujarnya dengan nada skeptis. Lebih lanjut, ia meyakini bahwa posisi dan segala fasilitas Halte TJ di depan Kantor Wali Kota Jakarta Utara saat ini sudah lebih dari memadai dan sangat ideal bagi kenyamanan pengguna.
Di sisi lain, pengguna TJ lainnya, Grace (24), juga memberikan pendapat senada yang memperkuat penolakan tersebut. Grace bersikukuh bahwa posisi halte di depan Mal Artha Gading selama ini sudah sangat strategis dan benar-benar memudahkan mobilitas warga sehari-hari. “Kalau menurut aku sih halte di sini udah pas, ya, karena gampang mau ke mana-mana juga. Jadi kalau misalnya dipindahin bakal kurang efisien,” tutur Grace dengan logika yang sederhana namun masuk akal. Selain itu, Grace menambahkan sebuah poin kritis bahwa pemindahan halte tersebut sama sekali belum tentu bisa menjadi solusi untuk mengurangi kemacetan parah yang sering terjadi di depan Mal Artha Gading. Sebelumnya, media telah memberitakan bahwa dua halte Transjakarta di depan Mal Artha Gading dan Kantor Wali Kota Jakarta Utara ini memang akan dipindahkan pada tahun 2026.
Lalu, apa sebenarnya alasan di balik wacana kontroversial ini? Ternyata, Pemerintah Kota memiliki justifikasi tersendiri. Mereka beralasan bahwa kedua halte tersebut dinilai telah memakan badan jalan dan secara signifikan menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kemacetan di kawasan itu. Kepala Suku Dinas Perhubungan Jakarta Utara, Hendrico Tampubolo, dengan gamblang memaparkan masalah teknisnya saat diwawancarai pada Kamis (30/10/2025). “Ada halte yang memakan badan jalan sehingga arus dari selatan atau turunan tol yang seharusnya ada empat lajur jadi dua, bahkan hanya satu lajur yang bisa digunakan karena satu lajur lainnya dipakai untuk pemberhentian Transjakarta,” jelas Hendrico, mencoba memberikan perspektif dari sisi pengelola jalan. Akibatnya, Pemkot Jakarta Utara pun berencana untuk memanfaatkan lahan kosong di bawah kolong tol yang selama ini menganggur, untuk dijadikan sebagai lokasi baru bagi kedua halte tersebut. Dengan skema ini, halte tidak lagi akan memakan badan jalan dan diharapkan bisa secara efektif mengurai kemacetan yang sudah lama menjadi momok.
Para pengguna seperti Sasa dan Grace secara aktif merasakan langsung manfaat lokasi halte yang ada. Mereka setiap hari mengalami sendiri bagaimana kemudahan akses ke perkantoran pemerintahan dan pusat perbelanjaan. Kekhawatiran mereka tentang kemacetan di kolong tol yang justru bisa bertambah parah adalah sebuah pertimbangan yang berbasis pengalaman langsung. Oleh karena itu, suara mereka seharusnya tidak bisa dianggap remeh.
Di lain pihak, keputusan untuk memindahkan halte ini didasarkan pada studi lalu lintas yang kemungkinan besar telah dilakukan oleh Dinas Perhubungan. Lahan di kolong tol memang sengaja dipilih untuk memaksimalkan ruang yang belum terpakai. Wacana ini dilontarkan agar badan jalan yang selama ini “dimakan” oleh halte dapat dikembalikan fungsinya sepenuhnya untuk arus kendaraan. Namun, solusi ini pada akhirnya harus diuji cobakan terlebih dahulu untuk membuktikan keampuhannya.
Pada intinya, konflik ini membutuhkan titik temu. Di satu sisi, pemerintah aktif berusaha mencari solusi teknis untuk masalah makro seperti kemacetan. Sebaliknya, di sisi lain, masyarakat pengguna aktif mempertahankan kenyamanan mikro mereka yang sudah terbukti. Oleh karena itu, dialog terbuka dan kajian komprehensif yang melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan mutlak diperlukan. Sebagai contoh, pemerintah bisa mempertimbangkan untuk melakukan sosialisasi yang lebih masif dan transparan mengenai desain dan rencana akses menuju halte kolong tol yang baru. Dengan demikian, kekhawatiran warga dapat dijawab dengan data dan bukti, bukan sekadar wacana. Bagaimanapun, halte Transjakarta merupakan fasilitas publik yang harusnya melayani kepentingan banyak orang, sehingga keputusan akhirnya haruslah yang paling menguntungkan bagi kepentingan bersama dan kelancaran transportasi ibu kota dalam jangka panjang.
