Brunch Lezat untuk Menarik Pengunjung ke Pasar
Salah satu pegawai, Hanes Noufitriana, menjelaskan bahwa pemilik kios sengaja memilih konsep berbeda agar lebih banyak orang tertarik mengunjungi pasar tradisional.
“Kami ingin menghidupkan kembali Pasar Legi dengan menawarkan sesuatu yang berbeda. Konsep ini sengaja dipilih agar lebih banyak pelanggan datang ke pasar,” ujar Hanes, Sabtu (15/3/2025).
Menu di kios ini menarik perhatian banyak pelanggan. Big Breakfast dan Roasted Chicken Salad menjadi dua hidangan favorit yang sering dipesan. Harga setiap menu berkisar antara Rp 16.000 hingga Rp 30.000 per porsi.
“Kami punya beberapa menu, tetapi yang paling sering dipesan adalah Big Breakfast dan Roasted Chicken Salad. Big Breakfast terdiri dari toast, scrambled eggs, sayur, sosis, dan beef slices,” jelasnya.
Tetap Buka Selama Ramadan
Selama bulan Ramadan, Selaras Brunch tetap buka setiap hari mulai pukul 13.00 WIB, sehingga pelanggan dapat menikmati menu Eropa untuk berbuka puasa.
“Kami tetap buka selama Ramadan, mulai pukul 13.00 WIB setiap hari,” kata Hanes.
Rasa Lezat dengan Harga Terjangkau
Salah satu pelanggan, Atika Wardana, baru pertama kali mencoba makanan ala Eropa di kios ini. Menurutnya, rasa makanan cocok dengan lidah orang Blitar dan porsinya cukup mengenyangkan.
“Rasanya enak dan porsinya pas untuk berbuka. Kelihatannya sedikit, tetapi cukup mengenyangkan karena takarannya pas,” katanya.
Selain rasa yang lezat, Atika juga menganggap harga menu di Selaras Brunch cukup terjangkau, terutama bagi anak muda dan mahasiswa.
“Harganya ramah di kantong. Ada menu mulai dari Rp 16.000 dan pelanggan bisa request menu sendiri sesuai budget. Worth it banget, kapan lagi bisa makan ala Eropa di dalam pasar?” pungkasnya.
