Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Yassierli menegaskan bahwa Presiden Prabowo Subianto secara langsung menginstruksikan penghapusan sistem kerja alih daya atau outsourcing. Namun, pemerintah tidak akan mengambil langkah ini secara terburu-buru karena harus mempertimbangkan dampaknya terhadap iklim investasi.
“Sesuai permintaan Pak Presiden, outsourcing akan dihapus, tetapi kami juga harus melihat risikonya bagi investasi. Itu pernyataan yang jelas dari beliau,” jelas Yassierli di Semarang, Jumat (9/5).
Selanjutnya, Dewan Kesejahteraan Nasional yang sedang dalam proses pembentukan akan melakukan kajian mendalam terkait kebijakan ini. “Kami di Kemnaker sudah menyiapkan bahan kajian untuk mendukung proses tersebut,” tambahnya. “Jadi, saat ini kami fokus menyiapkan analisis lengkap. Ketika dewan terbentuk, kami sudah punya data untuk menilai dampaknya secara menyeluruh.”
Di sisi lain, Yassierli menyoroti bahwa masalah utama bukan pada sistem kontrak itu sendiri, melainkan pada praktik di lapangan yang sering merugikan pekerja. “Jika nanti ada reintegrasi, pemerintah harus memastikan pekerja mendapat hak yang lebih baik, termasuk upah layak.”
Sementara itu, komunikasi dengan pelaku usaha terus berjalan. Apindo dan serikat pekerja telah menyampaikan masukan mereka terkait rencana penghapusan outsourcing. “Kebijakan ini belum final. Kami masih menyusun regulasinya. Apindo dan serikat buruh sudah menyampaikan aspirasi, dan kami mencatat semuanya,” jelas Yassierli.
Lebih lanjut, Yassierli menegaskan komitmen pemerintah untuk mencegah diskriminasi dalam rekrutmen tenaga kerja. “Prinsipnya, tidak boleh ada diskriminasi berdasarkan usia atau faktor lain, kecuali untuk pekerjaan yang membutuhkan kompetensi khusus,” tegasnya.
Selain itu, pemerintah sedang memfinalisasi kerja sama dengan salah satu investor yang akan membuka ribuan lapangan kerja. Meski belum merinci nama investornya, Yassierli memastikan prosesnya berjalan lancar. “Kami berharap operasionalnya segera dimulai. Memang tidak mudah, tapi kami optimistis. Investornya pun orang yang baik,” tutupnya
