Saat ini kami sedang mempercepat proses agar pesawat-pesawat itu bisa masuk antrian perawatan tahun ini,” jelasnya dalam Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) bersama Komisi VI DPR RI di Jakarta, Rabu (7/5/2025).
Lebih lanjut, Rahmat mengungkapkan bahwa dari 15 pesawat yang di-grounded, 14 di antaranya merupakan milik Citilink, sementara satu pesawat lagi merupakan milik Garuda Indonesia.

“Garuda Indonesia terus berupaya mengoptimalkan kapasitas produksi di tengah tantangan industri penerbangan global, terutama dinamika rantai pasok suku cadang yang kini memengaruhi mayoritas maskapai penerbangan di dunia,” jelas Rahmat.
Dengan demikian, langkah penghentian operasional sementara ini bukan hanya disebabkan oleh masalah internal, melainkan juga dipengaruhi oleh kondisi industri penerbangan secara global.
