Desapenari.id – Regina (26), mantan analis kredit Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Jambi cabang Kerinci, harus berurusan dengan hukum setelah terbukti membobol dana nasabah hingga Rp 7,1 miliar. Awalnya, ia memanfaatkan kepercayaan seorang nasabah yang memberinya kuasa untuk menarik uang. Namun, lama-kelamaan, wanita ini malah “ngide” dan memberanikan diri memalsukan tanda tangan nasabah lain demi menguras rekening mereka.
Dari Kepercayaan Menjadi Kejahatan Sistematis
Menurut AKBP Taufik Nurmandia, Wakil Direktur Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Wadirreskrimsus) Polda Jambi, Regina awalnya hanya membantu satu nasabah menarik dana. Namun, melihat celah ini, ia mulai mengaku sebagai perwakilan nasabah lain—bahkan nekat memalsukan tanda tangan mereka di slip penarikan. Modus ini ia jalankan selama setahun penuh, mulai September 2023 hingga September 2024, dan berhasil menguras 27 rekening nasabah dengan kerugian bervariasi, mulai Rp 400 juta hingga Rp 1 miliar per rekening.
Yang lebih mengejutkan, uang hasil curian itu sebagian besar ia habiskan untuk judi online. Regina tak segan-segan menyetor deposit hingga Rp 70 juta dalam sekali main. “Dia mengaku uangnya lebih banyak dipakai untuk judi online,” jelas Taufik. Saat ditangkap, sisa saldo di rekeningnya cuma Rp 80.000—nyaris tak tersisa!
Kasus Terbongkar Berawal dari Nasabah yang Curiga
Semuanya mulai terungkap ketika Mita Ayu, seorang guru PPPK, melayangkan protes. Mita Ayu kebingungan. Bank terus memotong gaji Mita Ayu setiap bulan untuk angsuran, tetapi sama sekali tidak mencairkan pinjamannya.
“Nasabah ini kebingungan. “Bank rutin memotong gajinya, tapi sama sekali tidak menyalurkan dana ke rekeningnya,” tegas AKBP Taufik Nurmandia.
Mita pun tak tinggal diam. Dia langsung melaporkan keanehan ini ke TNR Artanty, pimpinan cabang BPD Jambi Kerinci. Menyadari ada yang tidak beres, Artanty segera mengajak Head Kredit, Dian Permata Sari, untuk mengecek lebih lanjut.
Dengan begitu, alurnya menjadi lebih aktif:
- Mita Ayu protes karena pinjaman tidak cair meski gaji dipotong
- Mita melaporkan ke pimpinan cabang
- Pimpinan cabang (Artanty) bersama Head Kredit (Dian) memeriksa kasus ini
Kalimatnya lebih dinamis dan jelas menunjukkan siapa yang melakukan aksi.
Setelah dicek melalui sistem T24, ternyata dana pinjaman para guru PPPK sudah cair dan masuk ke rekening masing-masing. Tapi, anehnya, uang itu tak pernah sampai ke tangan mereka. Pemeriksaan lebih mendalam mengungkap bahwa slip penarikan dana menunjukkan nama yang sama: Regina.
Ternyata, 24 Nasabah Kredit Jadi Korban
Tak hanya nasabah kredit, Regina juga menggasak dana satu nasabah tabungan reguler dan satu rekening yayasan.
Caranya? Ia memalsukan tanda tangan di slip penarikan, lalu menyerahkannya ke teller dan head teller.
Ada tujuh teller yang terlibat dalam proses ini: AF, SA, MPU, MHA, RL, N, dan AF. Namun, hingga kini, penyidik masih mendalami apakah mereka turut bersalah atau hanya kelalaian. Regina mengakibatkan bank dan nasabah menderita kerugian fantastis Rp7,17 miliar – pencapaian mengejutkan untuk seorang mantan karyawan!
