JAMBI, Desapenari.id – DPRD Kota Jambi akhirnya bergerak cepat! Mereka resmi memanggil manajemen RS Erni Medika untuk mempertanggungjawabkan dugaan malpraktik yang merenggut nyawa M Bayu Prasetyo. Tak cuma itu, dewan juga memeriksa kelengkapan izin dan status akreditasi rumah sakit tersebut.
DPRD tak hanya mengundang pihak RS, tapi juga mengajak LBH Aliansi Peduli Bangsa (LBH APB) yang mendampingi keluarga korban, plus Badan Pengawas Rumah Sakit (BPRS) Jambi. Pertemuan digelar tertutup demi menguak tuntas kasus yang heboh di media sosial ini.
Keluarga Mau Mediasi, Tapi DPRD Tetap Minta Evaluasi Total
Wakil Ketua DPRD Kota Jambi, Naim, buka suara. Katanya, keluarga Bayu Prasetyo terbuka untuk berdamai. “Mereka sepakat mediasi dan penyelesaian kekeluargaan,” ujar Naim di Gedung DPRD, Kamis (5/6/2025).
Tapi, Naim tegas: mediasi bukan titik akhir! Komisi IV DPRD langsung desak Dinas Kesehatan dan BPRS Jambi untuk audit menyeluruh. “Perizinan, kualitas dokter, perawat, sampai fasilitas RS Erni Medika harus dicek ulang. Jangan sampai ada korban berikutnya,” tegasnya.
Naim mengungkapkan, RS Erni Medika mengaku masih mengurus akreditasi. “Katanya perlu waktu enam bulan lagi untuk melengkapi dokumen,” bebernya.
Meski begitu, RS ini ngotot sudah berikan pelayanan maksimal ke Bayu Prasetyo, meski nyawa pasien tak tertolong. Sayangnya, klaim ini masih simpang siur karena pihak rumah sakit menolak berkomentar detail.
Direktur RS Erni Medika, dr. Cornel Anggara MARS, hanya singgung, “Itu sudah dibahas di dalam,” lalu buru-buru minggat dari lokasi.
DPRD Jambi Serius, Masyarakat Menuntut Keadilan
Kasus ini sekarang jadi perhatian utama DPRD. Mereka berjanji akan kawal sampai tuntas untuk memastikan tak ada lagi malpraktik di Jambi.
