PADANG PANJANG, Desapenari.id — Suasana di jalur legendaris Padang–Padang Panjang yang membelah Lembah Anai mulai berubah, Kamis (19/3/2026) kemarin. Ya, sistem satu arah atau yang lebih kita kenal dengan istilah one way resmi mereka berlakukan. Ini bukan sekadar cobaan, tapi ini adalah jurus jitu polisi untuk mengatur irama kendaraan para pemudik Lebaran 2026 yang setiap tahunnya memadati jalur favorit Padang–Bukittinggi. Mereka benar-benar menyiapkan skema ini agar perjalananmu tetap asyik dan tidak berubah jadi drama panjang di jalan.
Lantas, siapa dalang di balik strategi ini? Dialah Kepala Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Padang Panjang, AKP Pifzen Finot. Dengan tegas ia memaparkan bahwa rekayasa lalu lintas ini tidak asal main, melainkan mereka jadwalkan dalam dua periode utama. “Kami akan menerapkannya pertama pada 19–20 Maret, lalu kami lanjutkan lagi pada 22–24 Maret 2026,” ujar Pifzen saat ditemui di sela-sela kesibukannya, Kamis. Artinya, para pemudik harus mulai menandai kalender mereka!
Namun, jangan bayangkan jalur ini akan terus menerus satu arah. Pifzen menambahkan sebuah jeda yang menarik. Pada tanggal 21 Maret 2026, mereka akan membuka jalur secara normal dua arah. “Khusus untuk tanggal 21 Maret, kami buka kembali jalurnya untuk dua arah, biar angin segar di tengah liburan,” jelas Pifzen dengan nada ramah. Ini pasti jadi kabar gembira bagi yang ingin mudik dengan tempo lebih santai di hari itu.
Nah, yang paling krusial adalah jadwal bergantiannya. Sistem ini mereka atur serapi mungkin berdasarkan waktu. Bayangkan, arus kendaraan dari arah Padang menuju Padang Panjang atau Bukittinggi mereka buka mulai pukul 10.00 WIB hingga 14.00 WIB. Setelah itu, giliran kendaraan dari arah Padang Panjang atau Bukittinggi menuju Padang yang mereka prioritaskan dari pukul 14.00 WIB hingga 18.00 WIB. Mereka benar-benar membagi waktu agar semua kebagian jatah melaju. Dan kabar baiknya, setelah pukul 18.00 WIB, jalur ini kembali mereka buka normal dua arah, jadi malam harimu tetap leluasa.
Untuk memastikan sistem ini berjalan mulus, polisi tidak main-main. Mereka menyiapkan dua benteng utama, yakni titik penyekatan di Simpang Exit Tol Padang–Sicincin yang berada di kawasan Kayu Tanam, serta Simpang Padang di Kota Padang Panjang. Di sinilah para petugas akan bersiaga mengatur gelombang kendaraan. Pifzen juga mengingatkan bahwa selama one way berlangsung, hanya kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat yang mereka izinkan melintas. “Untuk yang lain, mohon maaf, belum kami izinkan selama penerapan one way ini,” tegasnya, memastikan kelancaran tetap terjaga.
Lalu, kenapa mereka repot-repot melakukan ini semua? Pifzen menjelaskan dengan gamblang bahwa kondisi jalur Lembah Anai yang masih dalam tahap perbaikan adalah alasan utamanya. Jika volume kendaraan tiba-tiba membeludak tanpa rekayasa, kemacetan parah sudah pasti menghadang. Karena itu, mereka antisipasi dengan skema ini.
Biar gak bingung dan kesal karena harus menunggu, petugas sudah menyiapkan kantong-kantong parkir yang nyaman. Kalau kamu dari arah Padang Panjang menuju Padang, mereka arahkan untuk menunggu di Terminal Busur dan beberapa lokasi lain di dalam kota. Sementara itu, kendaraan dari arah Padang mereka imbau untuk bersabar menunggu di sekitar kawasan Exit Tol Padang–Sicincin yang sudah mereka siapkan.
Pifzen pun berpesan dengan nada bersahabat, “Kami imbau masyarakat untuk tetap tertib dan mengikuti arahan kami di lapangan. Perhatikan jadwalnya biar gak terjebak antrean panjang.” Sebuah nasihat sederhana yang sangat berarti bagi kelancaran bersama.
Tak hanya Polres, Polda Sumatera Barat juga ikut angkat bicara. Mereka secara resmi memulai penerapan one way dalam Operasi Ketupat Singgalang 2026. Kapolda Sumatera Barat, Irjen Pol Gatot Tri Suryanta, menegaskan bahwa ini bukan kebijakan dadakan. “Kami lakukan ini berdasarkan evaluasi tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Tujuannya jelas, untuk mengurai kepadatan, meningkatkan keselamatan, dan meminimalisir konflik arus di jalur utama,” terang Gatot dengan penuh keyakinan.
Yang lebih menarik, Gatot menekankan fleksibilitas jadwal. “Ini bukan harga mati, teman-teman. Kami akan evaluasi secara dinamis berdasarkan kondisi di lapangan dan volume kendaraan,” ujarnya, memberi harapan bahwa kebijakan ini bisa beradaptasi dengan situasi nyata. Polisi pun telah menyiagakan personel di titik-titik rawan macet dan kecelakaan, siap sedia membantu kapan pun diperlukan.
Terakhir, Kabid Humas Polda Sumbar, Kombes Pol Susmelawati Rosya, mengingatkan para pemudik untuk selalu up-to-date. “Kami minta masyarakat terus perbarui informasi terkait jadwal rekayasa lalu lintas. Patuhi arahan petugas dan perhatikan jadwal one way agar perjalanan mudikmu menyenangkan, bukan malah jadi kisah horor di jalan,” pungkasnya. Jadi, sudah siap mudik?
